Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original compostable mailer and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
